Andrew Deane is the Development Manager at Australian Theatre for Young People (ATYP). With over 5 years experience in the role he speaks of the successes and challenges of development work in a small to medium arts organisation. With nearly 10 years working in tertiary and cultural advancement at ATYP and the University of Melbourne (including student giving and telephone campaigns), in addition to 8 years in administrative work in education and training here and in China, Andrew brings a unique breadth of experience to fundraising and engagement to the small to medium arts sector.
